Cancellation Policy:
We Value your time and we hope you value ours. To avoid a service charge. We ask that you honor our one business day cancellation policy for all appointments.

Appointment Policy:
As a courtesy to you, we try to call and remind you about an upcoming appointments. Still, please keep track of your appointments. We won’t take clients arriving more than 15min after a scheduled appointment.

Child Safety Policy:
Don’t bring your little brats up in here and let them run around like the little demons they are…. unless they are really really good.

Gift Cards:
Spank Salon gift cards make the perfect gift for birthdays, graduations, or any celebration. Gift cards may be purchased in the salon. Gift cards carry a 12-month redemption period.

Return Policy:
Spank Salon will gladly exchange a product for another more suitable to your needs. We do not give refunds on a product or merchandise.

Payment Policy:
All fees for services rendered must be paid upon completion of the services. We accept all major credit cards. A refunded check will incur a $30.00 service charge plus the full face value of the check.
